1886 Series Ceiling Fan

The iconic 1886 Series captures the flair of Art Nouveau by authentically replicating the design of one of Hunter's earliest ceiling fans.  1886 was the year John Hunter created the first commercially manufactured ceiling fans.  The solid cast iron housing exemplifies the solid 125 years of Hunter ceiling fan history with all it's innovation, flair and reliability.  For someone who wants only the best ceiling fan money can buy and won't regret it, to have years of quiet enjoyment and pleasure.  

The 1886 features 4 Reversible furniture grade Veneer Blades. The blades have a distressed finish, and the blades in each fan have a different colour on each side, giving you the choice of two finishes. Fitted with a reversing switch for summer/ winter operation, and pull cord operation for the 3 speeds, the 1886 can also be adapted to be operated by a wall controller.
