Thank you for your Interest in Hunter Ceiling Fans. By now I’m sure you know about the 50 year motor guarantee and the fact that Hunter are the quietest and most wobble-free fans to be built but what about us?

The Hunter name is the 6th most widely recognised brand in the US but are not well known here in Europe. Anyone visiting the US cannot have failed to notice their presence in most restaurants and homes.

They were first imported and sold in the UK by DJ Lighting in 2001. Interest and awareness have steadily grown and they became the sole UK distributor. In December 2005 we bought the fan business allowing DJ to focus on their lighting business. We are now widely recognised as the UK's leading supplier of premium-end quality ceiling fans.

We have invested heavily in new stock and now have over £1m of Hunter fan stock in our warehouse. We have had great success in raising awareness of Hunter with a national PR and advertising campaign last year which continues this year. We are now stocked by amongst others Harrods , The Conran shop and have been featured this summer in many national newspapers.

As a premium priced product we understand that our customers expect a premium service. We have therefore invested in expanding the team and now have 4 sales staff and 3 office staff dealing with orders and queries. Our aim is always to provide you with a fast and excellent service. The decorators have finally finished (well almost!) and the electrician has just installed the new Hunter fan in my loft conversion. This is just a quick note to say "thank you" for all your help in choosing the fan and getting the wiring and installation details to me while the electrician was on site.

Hi Craig just to let you know that I recieved the speed control capacitor this morning and my electrician friend has just finished installing it this afternoon and hey presto you were right the fan is now working perfectly on all 3 speeds. My electrician friend has told me that it is the best ceiling fan he has ever seen never mind fitted and I must admit that when my father had it I never paid it much heed but now that I have it you just know by operating it what a quality piece of kit it is. So I cannot thank you enough for helping me out with my plight it has been a real pleasure finding a real gentleman much like my-self on the net to do buisiness with and if there may be anything at all that I can help you with please do not hesitate to call or e-mail me anytime

Many thanks for the replacement fan, which I have installed and which is working well. Fantastic service!!

After dispatching the old fan back to you, I realized that unfortunately I hadn't put one of my packages in the box. (My excuse is because I became a Grandfather to a baby girl that morning, and my mind was elsewhere). I have now made up a small package consisting of the large and small vertical poles, the ceiling mount plate, three rubber bushes, and assorted screws. I'll dispatch these back to you tomorrow, along with my apologies.
