Ceiling Fan Remote Controls

You have made right choice to buy a quality ceiling fan from Hunter.  Now you need to add a remote or wall control to make it effortless to use and impress the neighbours!  Remote controls consist of 2 parts the transmitter (operating with infra red or RF) which would be the handset and the receiver which sits within the fan canopy just above the motor.  Some ceiling fans come with the receiver already installed but if not it is a quick and simple task to install it which can be done by any competent DIY person or electrician.  If you are planning to use multiple remote controls for multiple ceiling fans in close proximity then they can be set by DIP switches to different channels to ensure each fan is linked to each specific transmitter preventing other controls getting mixed up with the fans.  One of our controls (AFC1014) will even turn your Hunter fan on and off according to the room temperature at 2 different levels!
