As you said it was easy enough (for my husband anyway) to do except ours must be an earlier model so we had to use a slightly different connector (which we had). All in all I am so pleased to look up and see and unbroken light fitting, in fact it makes the whole fan/light look like new which is great as we have just decorated. I didn’t order off the site in the end because when I went to check out it came up with an error message that either the site was hacked or certification had run out so I ordered over the phone and was very impressed with how prompt the delivery was. I don’t think I would have found our light fitting if it was not for you as I didn’t think of looking in the “sale” section and you were very helpful assuring me that we would be able to fit it without a problem, so once again thanks very much. Thanks for your reply, I have had contact with Hunter in the US whom recognise the model number which is one of theirs and they can supply new blades, so intend to go that route. But I wanted to thank you again for your prompt reply, it is great to find a company with such a responsive support organisation. Mike.

Very good customer service and excellent delivery. Had to call and ask about delivery time but was contacted within 5 minutes to confirm approximate time of delivery. Nice in this day and age to get good customre service.

I was looking for a fan for our new conservatory on trying numerous web sites with no joy ! i came across the hunter fan co ! i phoned and spoke to niki clegg who was only to pleased to help me ! she was very knowledgeable and took time to find out all the imformation i required and nothing was to much trouble ! i would not hesitate to recommend this company they give you 100% satisfaction ! thanks to niki and the hunter fan co we have the perfect fan for our conservatory thanks niki

Had a problem with my credit card whilst trying to order spare parts on the internet.
