We provide you with a complete peace of mind guarantee in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied and don't wish to keep the goods you have bought from us:  

1. For UK consumers 7 Day return -  You can return your goods, for any reason, for a period of up to 7 days from receipt of the goods.  

2. For UK consumers 3 months  - You may swop it for a different fan of similar or greater cost  for just the price difference and charge for collection of unwanted fan so long as it is unused. 

3. For all customers 3 month return - You can return your goods, for any reason,  at any time up to a period of up to 3 months from date of invoice.

Terms:  The goods need to be returned in good resellable condition ie unopened, complete with all inserts, manuals etc with the packaging intact.  Simply cover the boxed goods in cling film or other wrapper to protect the packaging and call for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number as goods cannot be accepted by our warehouse without this.  We can arrange to pick up the goods within the UK by FEDEX for a charge of £20/fan, lightkit or droprod (please call for overseas charges).  Once we get them back we will check them for condition and completeness and refund you. In the case of  3) above we will deduct a 25% fee to cover our restocking costs and the original shipping costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
